Please check out our most commonly asked questions. If you have a question that isn't on this list, please give us a call or fill out our form and we will be more than happy to assist.
The short answer is honesty. We can't think of one company out there that has put as much thought or detail in the information they make public for people to see. We understand that our customers have budgets and that their time is valuable. Other things that separate us from general contractors is that we use specialized products that can not be bought at any home improvement store. Products like our solid surface shower wall materials and our onyx shower bases and accessories. These products come with a lifetime warranty that is hard to beat in the industry.
Yes, we sure are. EZ Bath holds all mandatory state operating licenses and insurance policies. We understand that your house is one of your most prized material possessions, and we will treat it as such.
Yes, EZ Bath maintains an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and we are accredited with them.
The short answer to this question is no. We do require a minimum down payment of 33%. You can, however, put the downpayment on a credit card and then finance the rest. All financing is subjected to credit approval.
The current rate that we are offering is a low 9.99%. This rate is not only one of the lowest in the industry but it only has a 1.5% payment factor which means a really low payment. There are no fees if you decide to pay it off early. Sometimes we do offer special rates like 24 months same as cash, you can always ask your designer if there are any specials that are currently being offered for financing.
All financing and rates are subject to credit approval.
We currently use a company by the name of Greensky for all of our financing. Their process is very easy. Once you have your credit approved and we finish your project. You will recieve a text message asking if we were finished. Respond with Y for Yes and then your documents are emailed to you.
The approval process is very easy. We run a simple credit form through an app, either with a co-signer or not. The only other requirement to get approved is that you have to be on the deed of the home that is being remodeled.
The only thing EZ Bath requires is that any and all homeowners are present at the appointment. We find you get the most out of your remodel if everyone participates. We aim to please, and having everyone on the same page always helps.
When we come out to your home we assess your bathroom together to get an idea of the work that needs to be done. At that point, we can do a design right on spot as well as go into further detail about how we operate as a company. We will also bring samples to your home to select from that way you have a better understanding of the colors and materials that will be going into the project. Again, this only happens if we have all homeowners present at the time of the appointment. If all homeowners are not present, we can reschedule for another time when all parties can be there.
We ask our customers to typically set aside at least an hour for our in-home consultations. Sometimes they can be shorter and sometimes they can be longer based on the work that needs to be talked about. In some cases, we may even schedule a follow-up visit if your project is a major custom remodel.
Bathroom remodels can range anywhere from $5,500 all the way to over $40,000. It really depends on what all you would like to have done and the amount of work and materials it's going to take to accomplish it. The best way to find out is to have us come out to provide a free consultation.
You don't need to demolish your whole bathroom if you just want a new tub or larger shower. With a partial bathroom remodel we can remove your existing tub, shower, vanity top, or cabinets and only replace what you'd like. Your existing flooring can remain and typically no major structural changes are needed. EZ Bath takes care of everything from demolition to final touches.
another common question that comes up is if we can do patchwork and the short answer to that would be no. a common example of this is when you want to tear out a tub and replace it with a shower base but want to keep your existing tile on the walls. This is not something that we will do. In order to do the new shower correctly, we have to remove the walls down to the stud and then rebuild.
So where you don't have to remodel your entire bathroom with us, we do have to remodel entire areas of the bathroom in order to take on your project.
A full bathroom remodel can turn your existing bathroom into whatever you'd like. From design to completion, we'll be with you through every step. A full remodel typically entails updating everything you see, and some things you don't. We'll start with your bathtub or shower, and move on to everything else: vanities, cabinets, flooring, light fixtures, and toilet. We can add lights, vents, switches, or move things like drains and fixtures. EZ Bath can handle every detail of turning your existing bathroom into the one you want.

This is a question that can best be answered during your free in-home consultation. Since every bathroom is different, and the scope of work can vary from home to home. However, a typical standard tub > shower, or shower > shower usually takes us anywhere from 2-3 days. This is the process from demolition to completion. However, your designer will discuss with you in more specifics once your personal scope of work has been determined.
