This turned into a massive project. We removed their existing shower and did a small amount of flooring. But when we removed their shower we discovered that their entire sub floor had been rotting. We had to replace their entire sub floor in the bathroom area.
This tacked on an additional week to their project. They were happy they went with us because most contractors would charge a lot more when they come across something like that. Where as we did not charge them a penny more for it.
We also removed their existing countertop and replaced it with an Onyx countertop
