• A Sheba 60” freestanding bathtub in brushed nickel and white was chosen for its elegance, featuring a left or right drain and a quick drain set up.
• Custom Shower Base and Wall Surround:
• A custom tile shower pan was constructed, complemented by a wall surround in Tivoli Noce tiles, offering a cohesive and luxurious look.

Enhancements for a Modern Appeal

• Tile Work and Accessories:
• The shower area featured meticulously selected tiles laid in either an offset or stacked pattern. An architectural bench with an Onyx bench cap and a tile recessed caddy were installed, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Fixtures and Enclosures: The Finishing Touches

• Shower and Tub Fixtures:
• The Lahara shower head and valve trim kit in Venitian Bronze, along with a Sabastian brushed nickel tub filler from Signature Hardware, were installed for a sleek, modern finish.
• Glass Enclosure:
• A custom frameless rain glass enclosure with brushed nickel hardware was chosen for its sophisticated look and practicality.

Phase 2: Vanity Tops and Custom Cabinets

• Granite Countertops and Vanity:
• Granite countertops were selected, with a choice of bullnose or flat edge, complemented by custom cabinets tailored to Vivian's preferences.
