Modernizing Two Bathrooms on Langley Springs

When Brent from Langley Springs approached us for a remodel of his two second-floor bathrooms, he envisioned a space that was both modern and functional. His main goal was to create bathrooms that catered to the evolving needs of his family while maintaining a luxurious feel.

Phase 1: Elevating Walls and Fixtures

• Sophisticated Tile Installation: We installed 12x24 Tru Marmi Venatino polished tiles in a stacked pattern, bringing an air of sophistication to the bathrooms.
• Functional Elegance: Cosmic white tile recessed caddies were integrated for practicality and style.
• Quality Lahara Fixtures: Brushed nickel fixtures and handheld Intuition shower heads by Delta were chosen for their durability and sleek design.

Phase 2: Structural and Vanity Enhancements

• Spatial Redesign: We skillfully removed an interior wall, significantly improving the spatial dynamics and utility of the bathrooms.
• Onyx Vanity Tops: Steel-colored Onyx countertops with white rectangular sinks were installed, adding a contemporary edge.
• Faucet Refinement: We equipped the vanities with Lahara 4” centerset brushed nickel faucets, completing the modern look.

Brent was more than satisfied with the end result. The transformation not only resonated with his aesthetic preferences but also provided his family with bathrooms that combined functionality with elegance.
