This bathtub was covered in mold and mildew and was in desperate need of being removed and replaced with anything.
Luckily when we opened up the walls to this area, it did not spread to other parts of the home. This kind of situation can turn bad very quickly if not dealt with. We were luckily able to remediate all of the mold and mildew and put in a beautiful brand new shower.
The customer did not want to go back in with a bathtub due to accessibility issues, so we went back in with a low profile shower base with a sliding glass door.
